They have been performing together for over 30 years. This will be a fun evening of nostalgia! Bill Webster, a Palos Verdes resident, heads up the band. Please join us!
Sunday, August 18: Eric Rigler and Friends present Traditional Irish Music

Our final concert of the summer is an evening of traditional Irish music with Eric Rigler and Friends. The group includes Eric Rigler on the Irish uilleann pipes, Scottish small-pipes and tin whistles; Kira Ott on the fiddle; and Jimmy Murphy on the guitar. You have probably heard Eric Rigler's piping if you heard the theme song from Titanic, "I Will Always Love You" performed by Celine Dion. He is a world renowned musician, often called the "busiest bagpiper in the world," and we are lucky to have him perform at Neighborhood Church!
Eric Rigler's legendary 40-year career on the bagpipes is world-famous. From performing "Amazing Grace" at President Reagan’s funeral to hundreds of appearances, films and recordings such as Braveheart, Titanic, Men In Black 3, Cinderella Man, Austin Powers to CD's for Phil Collins, Josh Groban, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, Rod Stewart to TV's The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Battlestar Galactica, Crossing Jordan, The Simpsons, and South Park, Eric has been called "the most recorded piper in history". A native of Los Angeles, Eric has devoted his life to the Scottish bagpipes, Irish uilleann pipes & pennywhistles.
